He contributes his time and effort in the areas of strategic planning and decision making, financial planning and reporting, in the recruitment and management of people in key positions and in ensuring that Access conducts its affairs equitably.

He is recognized for mentoring the project teams, business units for project management & process control. He firmly believes that empowering people, trust & respect for individuals are the key to organizational success. Professional background of Sreedhar includes rich industry experience in various fields: R&D, Mfg (Telecom), Marketing/Sales, Software Dev & Engineering.

Sreedhar holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management.

K. Ramesh – Director

Has over 17 years of industry experience in the area of process control & automation. Oversees the company’s growth and operations in the company and was instrumental in forming strategic alliances with technology companies like Yokogawa, Agilent Technologies.

He is credited with the development of software products and solution framework, marketed as business solutions for a broad spectrum of industry like Telecom, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Refineries, Process Industries.

Ramesh holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation and is the Co-founder of Access Automation Pvt. Ltd
